45 minutes | $150
An initial visit to Jova Primary Care includes review of health history, physical examination, first-time assessment and treatment plan, laboratory and/or diagnostic testing as required and indicated.

A follow-up visit includes any assessment and treatment plan follow-up based on a previous visit, interpretation of laboratory and/or diagnostic testing.

30 minutes | $75
An episodic visit includes acute care signs, symptoms, conditions that do not require urgent or emergent services. These visits include, but are not limited to, sore throat, cough/cold/flu symptoms, urinary tract infections, skin rashes, lesions, lumps or bumps, minor injuries and lacerations, single encounter visit, etc.

An annual well adult visit includes yearly physical exam, review of current medication prescriptions, prescription refills as needed, laboratory and/or diagnostic testing as indicated, and referrals as indicated.

A request for a specialist referral visit includes consultation for any referral request to a speciality service including, but not limited to, Dermatology, Gynaecology, ENT, Sleep Study, Internal Medicine, Paediatrician, Hematology, Gender Affirmation Speciality, etc.

A mental health consultation visit includes consultation regarding mental health concerns and discussion on plan of care. This may include referral to mental health specialists including (but not limited to) counseling, psychiatry, psychology, CMHA, etc. Discussion of medication treatment if indicated.

A cervical screening/PAP/STI visit includes includes assessment, focused physical examination, laboratory investigation as indicated, contraception options and birth control consultation as requested.

Some medical conditions can be treated with medical injections with a neuromodulator. Some conditions that can respond well to this are TMJ, hyperhidrosis, chronic migraines, overactive bladder and more. Neuromodulators, including botulinum toxins like Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau, are used to treat a variety of medical conditions by modulating nerve activity. Fee & time requirements vary.

A virtual visit is offered on a virtual platform. This visit is suitable for any health issue/concern that does not require a physical exam.

Explore our Weight loss support offerings. We offer injections, plans and behaviour support as well as Body Contouring to help you reach your goals. Weight loss injections can provide valuable support by enhancing metabolism, suppressing appetite, and improving energy levels. Common types include lipotropic injections, vitamin B12 injections, GLP-1 receptor agonists like Saxenda and Ozempic, and hCG injections. These treatments should be used under medical supervision and as part of a broader lifestyle and dietary plan for optimal effectiveness and safety. Fees vary pending treatment path.

Prenatal & Postnatal Care

Includes complete pre-natal health history, pre-natal examination, laboratory and diagnostic testing including required bloodwork and ultrasound for dating, follow-up plan. Midwifery referral if requested.

Includes ongoing care and monitoring during antenatal period. Recommended visit intervals are every 4 weeks until 30 weeks gestation at which time a referral would be sent to your preferred OB.

Offered up to 6 weeks post partum. Wellness check for newborn and parent which includes physical exam and weight, breast/chest feeding support and referrals as indicated.

Initial Visit: 1 Hour | $500
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) effectively addresses and treats a variety of symptoms for both men and women and utilizes hormones that mimic our body’s natural hormones. We are a Fee-for-Service Primary Care Clinic. If this is your first visit to our clinic you may be required to do an Initial Visit appointment. This includes a review of your health history, physical examination, first-time assessment and treatment plan, laboratory and/or diagnostic testing as required and indicated. The appointment will last approximately 45 minutes. You will also be required to fill out the New Patient Intake form prior to your appointment.
The fee for an initial first visit appointment is $150
