Take the first step in managing your hormones and restoring peace in your life. At Jova Medical, we take a thorough, individualized approach to hormone health — for both men and women.
BHRT & TRT
We offer two comprehensive hormone programs designed to restore balance, improve quality of life, and support your long-term health — tailored specifically to your biology and goals.
Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy for women navigating menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, thyroid imbalance, low libido, and other hormonal concerns. Our BHRT program uses compounded hormones that are molecularly identical to those your body naturally produces.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy for men experiencing low testosterone, andropause, fatigue, reduced libido, mood changes, or difficulty maintaining muscle mass. A carefully managed protocol to restore your vitality and wellbeing.

Hormones We Test & Treat
We offer comprehensive hormone assessment and treatment for a full spectrum of hormonal imbalances — tailored to your biology, your symptoms, and your goals.
Estrogens play a central role in reproductive health, bone density, cardiovascular function, mood, and skin quality. Imbalances can affect women at every stage of life.
Often called the balancing hormone, progesterone works in tandem with estrogen to regulate cycles, support sleep, calm the nervous system, and maintain healthy pregnancies.
Essential for both men and women. Testosterone influences energy, libido, muscle mass, mood, mental clarity, and overall vitality. Low levels are more common than most realize.
The thyroid regulates metabolism, energy production, weight, mood, hair, and skin. Both underactive and overactive thyroid conditions are commonly overlooked and undertreated.
A precursor hormone that supports adrenal function, energy, immune response, and the production of other key sex hormones. Levels naturally decline with age.
Cortisol dysregulation affects sleep, weight, immunity, and how your body handles stress. We assess adrenal health as part of a complete hormonal picture.
What We Help With
-
Menopause
Hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, weight shifts, and sleep disruption — we address the full experience of menopause with individualized support.
-
Perimenopause
The transition years before menopause often bring subtle but significant hormonal shifts. Early support can make a meaningful difference in how you feel day to day.
-
PCOS
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome affects hormones, cycles, skin, fertility, and metabolic health. We take a comprehensive approach to managing and improving quality of life with PCOS.
-
Thyroid Imbalance
Hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and subclinical thyroid dysfunction all have real effects on your daily wellbeing. We test thoroughly and treat thoughtfully.
-
Low Testosterone
Affecting both men and women, low testosterone can present as fatigue, low motivation, reduced libido, brain fog, or difficulty building muscle. Easily missed — and very treatable.
-
Infertility
Hormonal imbalances are a leading contributor to fertility challenges. We assess and support the hormonal environment that makes conception possible.
-
Low Libido & Sexual Wellness
A reduced sex drive is often hormonal — and not something you simply have to accept. We address the root causes in a comfortable, non-judgmental setting.
-
Skin & Hair Changes
Hormonal fluctuations are one of the most common causes of acne, hair thinning, dry skin, and changes in complexion. Inside-out care begins with hormonal balance.
-
Weight & Metabolic Health
Unexplained weight gain, difficulty losing weight, and metabolic sluggishness are frequently rooted in hormonal dysfunction. We identify and treat the underlying cause.
Hormonal health isn't a women's issue — it affects everyone. At Jova Medical, we work with both men and women experiencing hormonal imbalances at any stage of life. Whether you're navigating andropause, low testosterone, thyroid concerns, or changes in energy and mood, you deserve answers and a plan.
LDN is an emerging and promising option for patients managing autoimmune conditions, chronic inflammation, hormonal dysregulation, and certain mood disorders. We offer LDN as part of a thoughtful, integrative treatment approach — speak with our team to learn if it may be right for you.
Why Patients Are Asking About LDN
Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) is being studied and used clinically for a wide range of conditions. At Jova Medical, we offer LDN as part of an integrative, evidence-informed approach to health.
LDN has shown promise in modulating immune system activity, making it relevant for autoimmune and inflammatory conditions including Hashimoto's thyroiditis and other hormone-adjacent disorders.
Emerging research suggests LDN may play a supportive role in conditions like PCOS, thyroid imbalance, and insulin resistance — conditions that intersect deeply with hormonal health.
LDN influences endorphin production and has been associated with improvements in mood, energy, and overall sense of wellbeing — factors that are closely tied to hormonal balance.
